Shipping
- Deliveries throughout the national territory.
- Shipping: Within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation (may take up to 7 business days during promotional periods).
- Shipping Methods: Carried out via postal services or carrier.
- Delivery Time: Delivery time varies according to the region and the chosen carrier.
- Tracking: The tracking code will be automatically sent after shipment.
- Responsibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide the correct delivery address.
Delivery Attempts:
Up to 3 delivery attempts are made. If the package is returned due to incorrect address, recipient absence, or failure to collect from the agency (when required), reshipping costs will be borne by the customer. We do not schedule deliveries.
Note: Delays may occur due to external factors (strikes, high demand, risk areas, among others).
